I think Craigslist is great website for many people to fulfill their various desires. But, many people cheat other users to get their profit. So a lot of people can't feel reliable when using Craigslist. I want to increase their reliability changing their visual identity. And I changed their color scheme and use some icons instead of texts to use easily. Also, I create new direct message system to protect user's privacy. I think, to avoid scams, Craigslist need to collect users detail information. And if Craigslist more care their account system, it will be great opportunity to prohibit scams.
